Structural features and operating principle:
ZY8160-8320 Intaglio printer in group or in combination consists of 4 main units-feeding,printing ,drying and delivery units.
Feeding unit
Feeding unit adopts rotary centering feeding apparatus and automatic tension control.Tension can be autimatically changed with diameter of paper web and speed to keep paper running steady without wrinkling.
Printing unit
Printing unitis made up of drive gearbox,printer frame,impressing mechanism,squeegee apparatus, paper feeding system,etc.
2.1 Driving mechanism
Driving mechanism driven by a FM speed-regulating motor drives gearbox through universal coupling and driving shaft.
2.2 Gearbox
The driving shaft drives plate cylinder to rotate at a variable speed via spiral bevel gear,cylindrical gear and gear at the output end of shaft.Traverse chromatographing of plate cylinder is controlled by moving cylinder with manual speed regulation (plate with shaft).
2.3 Printer frame
Printer frame is made up of right and left solid cast-iron wall plates,intermediate support,guide roller,color duct,etc.The stainless steel duct storing ink is driven through worm wheel,worm,gear and gear rack to move up and down.
2.4 Impressing mechanism
Pressing rubber roller drives movable shaft support via small gearbox,nuts and screws to adjust height of rubber rollers in correspondence to diameter of pattern roller.
2.5 Squeegee device
Print ink can be directly distributed on the plate cylinder and excessive ink must be scraped off with aluminum blade to avoid ink to be splashed on prints during operation.Squeegee device can rotate from top to bottom and from front to back and inversely in correspondence to diameter of the cylinder.Blade and printing roller should have a good contact to maintain a certain pressure.At the same time the device can also travel across plate cylinder.
2.6 Paper feeding system
Paper feeding system comprises three units-guiding system for paper feeding,guiding system for color-printing and guiding system for paper delivery.Prints are transferred by aluminum guide rollers.In the guiding system for color- printing two guiding rollers are electrcally driven to realize up and down movement and changing length of paper running between numbers of printing color through worm wheel,worm and guide roller on precise roller screw,thus obtaining accuracy of longitudinally chromatographing.3.Drying unit
The machine adopts electric hot air drying and residual heat (Electric heating power 18kW/set)with the features of uniform drying and shrinkage,high speed,and economized power.
4.Delivery unit
Driven by a motor of 40 Newton torque the delivery unit provides floor-standing two-roller friction delivery and two-position blowing shaft suspending delivery for user to choose.Unwinding roller for web and taking-up roller all air-blasted to perform longitudinal and traverse movement through nut and screw adjusting system.
